ACDC has officially announced the Black Ice tour dates. Click here to check out all the concert dates listed so far.

The new ACDC tour is expected to be the top selling world tour for 2008 and 2009. Fans are ecstatic and new rumors are flying but it is true, ACDC WILL begin their new world tour!

This is great news to ACDC fans, it's been 8 years since ACDC recorded their last album, Stiff Upper Lip.

This new Black Ice album was produced by Brendan O'Brien who has been producing for Bruce Springsteen.

Rumors that a promotion tour for ACDC's new album may be under way. Brian Johnson was taped saying it's possible.

More rumors that the tour will be a "farewell tour" have also been afoot. It's not difficult to speculate such an idea after the bands 8 year "break". After listening to the ACDC / Howard Stern Interview it sounds like ACDC has no intention of throwing in the towel soon. I think we can expect at least 1 more ACDC tour. Meanwhile ACDC is steadily selling tickets to the Black Ice world tour. We expect new ACDC tour dates soon, this is an 18 month. Many more dates are certainly certain to follow. It's rumored the next run of ACDC tour dates will be in the UK after the ACDC members visit their homes for Christmas. 

Judging by the relatively short time it took to record the album I get the idea the brothers have been getting prepared for the recording long before they went into the studio. I think we can expect some premium guitar work on this new ACDC album.

You know full well Angus and Malcolm have been writing some killer guitar riffs and licks over the years while the band has been taking time off. It's just what guitar players do. It's quite likely ACDC will set tour dates shortly after the release of their new album expected at the end of the year 2008.
