ACDC Band Members
ACDC had at least 13 different line ups. Sometimes members were
switched quickly and sometimes studio session players were temporarily
brought in.
Below is a chart that helps visualize the line up changes.
Note that George Young played s a session musician but was never an
actual member of ACDC. The same holds true for Tony Kerrante who was a
temporary session drummer on the original High Voltage album with George
Young.
When Bon Scott replaced Dave Evans, Rob Bailey and Peter Clack were also
dropped. Bon Scott sang and played drums during band practices.
Phil Rudd left ACDC in 83 after a dispute
with Malcolm Young but returned in 94.
Stevie Young is Angus and Malcolm's nephew. He was a temporary
replacement for Malcolm in 88 during the Blow Up Your Video tour. |
